From BAS: In verband met een, in eerste instantie, westelijke wind die lopende de nacht gaat ruimen naar een noord westelijke wind zal vanaf ca 22:30 vooralsnog de Buitenveldertbaan (27) ingezet worden als landingsbaan en de Kaagbaan (24) als startbaan. Mocht de wind verder geruimd zijn naar een noordwestelijke richting, dan zal de Polderbaan (36L) ingezet worden als startbaan en de Zwanenburgbaan (36C) als landingsbaan. Can anyone understand the part that they first said because wind change from west to northwest therefore Buitenveldertbaan can be used then after that if the wind move further to northwest wind then Zwanenburgbaan will be used? 😅 Also since when that the use of Buitenveldertbaan only depends on wind direction now? According to BBC forecast, observe at Schiphol airport the wind is just a small breeze, is that necessary to already inform the use of Buitenveldertbaan?
