Hi, I moved here around a year ago with family for work. We felt in love with Buitenveldert as it is next to the school and the forest. Definitely had good time there with my kids. But this nuisance is just so terrifying even for adults. We thought that we can live with it, and it may get better but no every passing months, things just get worst. Since April this year, it is escalating fast, from 2-3 hours every 2 days to whole day everyday, it is just so stressful that it is not possible for me and my family to live here anymore. We decided to move out when the 1 year contract ends and to be honest rental here is not even cheaper that other places far away from this nuisance in Amsterdam. I know some of you do not have that option to move, so keep on fighting! I am just disappointed that an airport in this country is totally ruining a good neighborhood without any interfering from the authorization.
