Cycling outside this morning and felt a bit of strong wind, my first thought was “too bad, Schithol will use Buitenveldertbaan again” and it is correct :) such a normal thought for normal people living Buitenveldert. Not what to eat for lunch and what to do for the weekend but always worrying about the nuisance caused by airplanes everytime the weather changes. And to add to that disaster, people do not even know when it will stop so they keep worrying and hoping (and I said hoping cause there is nothing you can do about it) that the nuisance will end before night so people can have a good sleep. This kind of nuisance and thought are just breaking people mental health drastically. It is now already over 9 at night, can people even have a rest under Buitenveldert? Stop torturing people at night. Stop with night flight!
